長(zhǎng)安馬自達(dá)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)有限公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“CME”）創(chuàng)立于2005年9月26日，前身為長(zhǎng)安福特馬自達(dá)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)有限公司，正式更名于2019年1月29日。
CME的投資方為重慶長(zhǎng)安汽車股份有限公司和馬自達(dá)汽車株式會(huì)社，雙方各出資50%，投資總額5.77億美元，注冊(cè)資本2.1億美元。CME現(xiàn)有員工1100余人，擁有先進(jìn)完備的鑄造、機(jī)加、總裝三大工藝制造生產(chǎn)線，初期設(shè)計(jì)總產(chǎn)能43萬(wàn)臺(tái)（2013年），其中SKY發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)產(chǎn)能目前為14.5萬(wàn)臺(tái)，到2020年將提升至18.2萬(wàn)臺(tái)。
作為南京市工業(yè)企業(yè)五十強(qiáng)之一，CME注重科學(xué)管理，踐行社會(huì)責(zé)任，先后通過(guò)了ISO9001、TS16949、IATF16949質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證，OHSAS18001:2007職業(yè)健康安全管理體系，以及ISO14001:2014環(huán)境體系認(rèn)證。曾榮獲馬自達(dá)全球卓越質(zhì)量團(tuán)隊(duì)獎(jiǎng)、“全國(guó)模范職工之家”稱號(hào)、江蘇省文明單位等多項(xiàng)榮譽(yù)，SKYACTIV-G 2.0L發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)榮膺“‘中國(guó)心’年度十佳發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)”稱號(hào)。

Changan Mazda Engine co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as ’CME‘) was founded on September 26, 2005, formerly known as chang an ford Mazda engine co., LTD., which was officially renamed on January 29, 2019.
CME is invested by Chongqing Changan Automobile Co.,Ltd. and Mazda Motor Corporation, with each party contributing 50%, with a total investment of us $577 million and a registered capital of us $210 million. Currently, the company has more than 1100 employees, and has advanced and complete manufacturing production lines for casting, machining and assembly. The initial designed total production capacity is 430,000 (in 2013), among which SKY engine production capacity is 145,000 currently, which will increase to 182,000 by 2020.
As one of the top 50 industrial enterprises in Nanjing, the company pays attention to scientific management and social responsibility. It has passed ISO9001, TS16949, IATF16949 quality system certification, OHSAS18001:2007 occupational health and safety management system, and ISO14001:2014 environmental system certification. The company has won the Mazda Global Quality Team Award, the “National Model Workers Home” title, and Civilized unit of Jiangsu province. The SKYACTIV-G 2.0L engine won the title of “China Heart's Top Ten Engines of the Year”.
